consulting, tax and financial services. The Tax Associate works as
a member of the -Family Office Services (FOS) group -of CBIZ in
providing outstanding service to our valued clients. This position
performs many of the duties of an entry level accountant including
-servicing High Net Worth (HNW) individuals and family groups,
under the supervision of upper level management. Our FOS group is
dedicated to assisting small business, high net worth individuals
and family groups with financial planning, and a diverse array of
accounting and tax services. This is your opportunity to position

dynamic firm. -Essential Functions & Primary Duties
- Gain an understanding and assist in planning multiple
sophisticated client engagements for high net worth individuals and
family groups
- Prepare and review complex individual tax returns and related
fiduciary, partnership, corporate, not for profit, and gift tax
returrns, as well as 1040s and 10401s
- Develop tax compliance knowledge and assist with estate, gift,
and trust tax returns, and trust accounting
- Participate in client assignments from beginning to end
- Develop and maintain an excellent working relationship with all
levels of client staff to increase customer satisfaction and to
strengthen client relationships
- Pledge to provide exceptional service to every client by
providing individual attention, responsiveness and commitment to
understanding their goals and needs
- Maintain and comply with the highest degree of professional
standards, client confidentiality and personal conduct
- Assist with training and mentoring junior associates and
interns on tax methodology Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Accounting, Taxation or related field -
- Internship experience in accounting or related field -Minimum
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- CPA eligible; desire to obtain certification is required
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, research and tax project
management skills, including basic knowledge of GAAP, Taxation
compliance, codes and regulations
- Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing
throughout all levels of organization, both internally and
externally
- Ability to multi-task, think independently and problem solve in
a results driven team oriented environment
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Strong computer and technical skills including, Microsoft
Office Suite, Outlook, intranet and audit software
- Must be able to travel based on client and business needs
CompensationThe annual salary target for this job in this market is
$69,000-$73,000. The specific compensation for this role will be
determined based on education, experience and skill set of the
individual selected for this position. The compensation above is
