Job Description:

Our client, an alternative asset management firm, is seeking a Front Desk Administrative Assistant to add to their staff in NYC. Hours are 8:30am-4:30pm or 9am-5pm. They are currently in office 3 days a week with 2 days work from home.Responsibilities:Answer the main phone line and notifying appropriate parties of phone callsServe as a liaison for building management company and report any office maintenance requestsOrder and maintain office supplies and food supplyManage office access badging and greet external visitorsManage outgoing mail and security site badgesQualifications:1-2+ years of experienceDynamic, hard working and able to go with the flowDegree preferredCompensation/Benefits:Up to $55-65K base plus discretionary bonusPPO Healthcare plan, only charge employees 10% of premiumVacation- unlimited vacation and sick daysFree lunch daily401K w/ matchBeacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
