Job Description:

Prestigious companies are looking for talented Administrative Assistants to support their Executives. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and be extremely professional, organized and detail-oriented.



Key Responsibilities:


? Phone coverage and support.


? Calendar management and support.


? Manage travel arrangements.


? Expense management.


? Attendance tracking and reporting for the team.


? Undertake proactive follow ups on critical items in order to effectively meet deadlines/commitments..


? Ordering and maintaining inventory of office supplies.


? Expense report and invoices


Qualifications


? Minimum 5 years? experience in a similar role supporting a senior leader.


? Excellent organization skills with a strong focus on attention to detail and execution.


? Ability to prioritize, multi task and manage time sensitive deadlines in a complex, fast paced environment.


? Impeccable verbal and written communication skills.


? Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality/trust and handle highly sensitive information.


? Exercises good judgment in managing the day-to-day responsibilities.


? Technically proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and


PowerPoint.
