Job Description:
A company is looking for a QC/QA Admin II Bilingual
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct quality monitoring observations on telephone calls and
emails to ensure adherence to established standards
Provide feedback on call monitoring results to agents and
operational areas
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of program and company regulations
and policies
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED, Associate's Degree preferred
At least 3 years of related experience in call center monitoring,
quality assurance, and/or customer service
Fluency in Spanish is necessary
Knowledge of quality assurance and continuous improvement
concepts
Fully remote position with own Smart Phone, personal computer,
webcam, and headset required
