Job Description The Bronx, NY Veterans Affairs Medical Center is seeking a Chief of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery . You will be responsible for the supervision, administrative management, clinical performance, and direction of the Oral Surgeon Attendings, rotating residents in training, and Dental Assistants. You must possess leadership and communication skills to effectively collaborate with chiefs and supervisors throughout the Dental Service Line, along with other departments and other disciplines. Ensure productivity for oral surgery is maintained. Conduct staff performance appraisals. Report to the General Surgery Chief and work closely with him/her to achieve goals.
