Responsibilities Supporting a large team in a fast-paced environment Communicating directly with high net-worth and executive-level clients Maintaining client database and preparing reports Preparing confidential correspondence Coordinating calendars and arranging travel Scanning and filing of client materials Qualifications Three years of administrative experience working with executives and supporting multiple people Working knowledge of certain Microsoft products including Word, Excel, Windows, PowerPoint, and Outlook Ability to type 55 wpm Ability to multi-task Detail-oriented Excellent organizational skills Flexible Superior written and verbal communication skills
