Job DescriptionProperty Management and Real Estate Development firm located in downtown Brooklyn has a great opportunity to join our firm.Responsibilites include but are not limited to:

  • Provides reception and greet all visitors at the front desk.
  • Answering and redirecting all calls; taking messages in a professional manner (mostly calls from tenants, bill inquires, complaints, leaks, pests etc.)
  • Responding to prospective tenants by sending applications and answering basic inquiries.
  • Sort and distribute incoming/outgoing mail, prepare overnight packages and mail.
  • Taking deposits to bank; having bank checks made;
  • Create Memos, faxes, scans, and copies; minor copier maintenance, filing, and shredding
  • Stocking supply room and kitchen; taking detailed inventory; and ordering supplies as needed.
  • Execute other duties as assigned.
  • Report to Office ManagerQualifications:
    • Two to three years of experience in a related support role.
    • Technologically savvy.
    • Positive and professional demeanor.
    • Strong customer service skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Strong written and verbal communications skills needed for telephone and e-mail activity
    • Strong organizational skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Dependable and detail oriented.
    • Ability to prioritize and multi-task ‐ excellent time management.
    • Ability to interact with all levels inside and outside the organization.
