Your responsibilities in this role - Answer telephone calls - Support a variety of projects for other employees - Greet and guide visitors - Navigate through word processing, filing, and faxing- Less than one year of experience is acceptable - Substantial computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems - Comprehensive knowledge of working as an assistant - Well-founded grasp of faxing - Data entry experience preferred - Good understanding of ordering office supplies and equipment - Email experience - Deep understanding of copying - Quality experience with Microsoft Word - Skills in scheduling - General familiarity with filing - Earlier work involving order entry - Command of navigating basic office equipment and protocols - Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office - Proven knowledge of documentation - Previous experience working with scanning - Wide ranging experience with Microsoft Outlook - Ability to use the internet for research - Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) We are a creative, dynamic company seeking an ambitious individual to come join our growing company.
