Administrative Assistant - the Quin Job Description What will I be doing? As a Administrative Assistant you would be responsible for executing your position's responsibilities in alignment with our Spirit of Service culture and driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards: Handle requests for information and data from guests Respond to SALT Resolve administrative problems and inquiries. P repare written responses to routine inquiries on behalf of the General ManagerPrepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails on behalf of the General Manager Prepare agendas for meetings and prepare schedules Record, compile, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings Qualifications What are we looking for?Hilton Grand Vacations is a leader in the vacation ownership industry, operating with an unwavering commitment to innovation, quality, and continued growth. To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience: At least 2 years of related experience.High School Diploma and/or Equivalent Computer skills and knowledge of relevant softwareKnowledge of operation of standard office equipment.Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record keepingKnowledge of principles and practices of basic office management.
