Job Description:

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to flex their organizational skills while learning about venture capital. We have several projects about to kickoff that require meticulous attention to detail.



We are a team of proven entrepreneurs, investing in innovative, early and growth stage businesses.



Your role will be to assist the team with several short term projects. This role is part-time however we are willing to convert the position to full-time, and provide lots of training, for someone with the right drive, attitude and attention to detail.



Responsibilities:



--- Conduct and document research as it relates to 2 or 3 projects



--- Refine and update project plans



--- Manages complex schedules, checklists, and calendars related to projects



--- Assists with the prioritization of the executives' daily activities



--- Coordinates internal and external meetings and off-site events



--- Track and logs project expense.
