Job Description:

Our client, an interior design firm, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team! In this role you will be managing the administration and assistant duties for both the office and the founder of the company. This is great opportunity to learn and develop in your administrative career!
Responsibilities:The administrative duties will encompass, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Assisting the Principal with calendar management, travel arrangements, and general correspondence and calls on their behalf
  • General office responsibilities including answering telephones, overseeing messenger and deliveries, greeting and receiving clients and architects for meetings.
  • Additional duties include ordering and maintaining office supplies, mail distribution
  • Coordinate and maintain vendor presentation calendar Requirements:
    • At least 1 year of previous support or administrative experience
    • Undergraduate degree
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
    • Professional and polished verbal and written communication are paramount
    • Must be a self-starter and highly motivated
