Qualifications:* At least an Associate's degree or above with strong business, math, analytics and project management skills. * Knowledge of analytic and media tools (Google Marketing Platform & Microsoft Advertising), web basics (HTML/XML, UX/CX, SEO best practices), search tools (SEMRush, MOZ, Lighthouse), and content tools (WordPress, DAMs). * Marketing experience in the Pharma space. * 2 years' experience in SEM role/search & display. * In search of more technical experience either on client or agency side (YNR, Wunderman Thompson, etc.) * Someone that likes puzzles and potentially has a gaming background commensurate w/ appropriate Business/analytics background and experience. * Resource should have a full knowledge of how paid media works along with up to date familiarity on the latest trends in SEM. * Project management/coordination experience as you will track, report on multiple campaigns. * Titles you may have held in the past: Search engine marketing or SEM Specialist/Search engine specialist * About you - You are an enthusiastic, self-driven forward thinker! You are adaptable and hold yourself accountable!Oversee the planning/strategy, implementation and management of digital paid media campaigns across paid search, display, retargeting, video, and paid social for our portfolio of brands. * Own search & content strategy and execution with the goal of increasing organic traffic and ultimately organic acquisition (B2C subscriptions and B2B leads). Digital Responsibilities * Partner with brand marketing team to oversee digital media campaigns, performance and optimization cadence. Also, work collaboratively to provide insights that inform creative recommendations. * Relentlessly optimize media spend and user experience focused on driving maximum efficiency of media spent. (Identifying KPIs, developing media plans, and pitching channel-specific strategies). * Responsible for managing digital content across our portfolio of sites to ensure content is optimized effectively and updated appropriately for each brand. * Track performance of published content (organic traffic, keywords ranking, CTR, organic acquisition, etc.) Relentlessly test hypotheses, analyze results, and share and apply learnings to organic and paid traffic/content. * Work with brand teams to collect and consolidate digital assets including images, art files, brand messaging and images. * Monitor paid media and content best practices and industry trends to identify new campaign tactics and opportunities.Kindest RegardsRuchi KumariTalent Acquisition SpecialistExperis CORE100 Manpower Place - Milwaukee, WI 53212Desk # - , Ext-7140
