Job Description: -We're hiring an Associate Director to join our Growth Marketing team who will oversee the Offline Growth Marketing program for HelloFresh Group, driving topline strategy for Direct Mail, Direct Mail Reactivation, and Insert Media, as well as oversee revenue-driving channels such as our in-box Perks platform and Retail Gift Cards across all four brands (HelloFresh, GreenChef, Factor75 and EveryPlate). Be a thought leader and expert on all things Offline Marketing, developing and implementing data-driven, measurable, portfolio growth acquisition strategy for managed channels, across multiple brands to hit business KPIs. -
Accountable for hitting defined growth acquisition and reactivation targets, i.e. Conversion volume, CAC, matchback/incremental CAC, ROI, etc. Strategize opportunities to leverage managed channels in support of multibrand marketing efforts Be accountable for best-in-class execution of print marketing campaigns with supporting internal and external partners. Proactively identify and close gaps. - Lead and maintain budget pacing & stewardship for offline channels across brand portfolio - Proactively monitor campaign performance; identify and implement data-driven optimizations on an ongoing basis to drive improvement WoW and MoM in identified KPIs Evaluate and identify opportunities for incremental growth. -
Innovate and lead new testing initiatives within Offline Marketing, collaborating with other channels where relevant Test new approaches, products, services and TAM expansion opportunities that drive business strategy Oversee revenue-driving in-box ad platform, HelloPerks, across all brands and Retail Gift Card program Own vendor relationships; Proactively manage existing partners and vendors; evaluate, negotiate, and onboard new partnerships as needed Coach and manage a team of up to eight reports of varying seniority; Retain and develop your team into top talent within the organization. - Collaborate with internal Data and Brand stakeholders to improve analytics framework, structure test designs, and develop robust creative strategy. - -You are--- -

Lead team through challenges in a calm and productive manner A growth marketing strategist who can derive insights, recommendations and action plans from qualitative market trends, consumer feedback, and large data sets. - At a minimum, you have--- -
7+ years of relevant professional experience with concrete and consistent results At least 4+ years of team management, with experience leading & influencing team Background in eCommerce, CPG, and/or subscription business models is a plus Substantial experience working with performance marketing metrics (CPM, CPV / CPS, CAC, incremental or marginal CAC, LTV, ROI) A proven track record in offline marketing campaign strategies and print execution; robust playbook of available optimization and growth levers, specifically for Direct Mail and Insert Media Expertise across print media channels and processes with relevant tactical experience - B2B sales experience preferred but not required Fluency in Microsoft Excel / Office, advanced Excel experience, reporting automation experience is a plus - High school diploma or GED and Bachelor's degree with strong academic record and/or proven relevant experience in a performance marketing required
