For this role, we prioritise candidates in the US or CanadaAt Chronomics, we make the unseen actionable - so weve made it our mission to create the bio-infrastructure platform that powers end-to-end diagnostics to create truly personalized customer experiences.We are growing very quickly and are now seeking an experienced Content Marketing Manager to join our progressive global marketing team.This is a newly created role, requiring an experienced Content Marketing Manager who is able to spearhead the development and implementation of the Chronomics content strategy. This includes building a content calendar, creating a writing process and delivery strategy, copywriting, managing a team of external and internal contributors, contributing to social media posts, and ultimately, crafting interesting and well-researched content that drives traffic and engages site visitors.This really is your chance to shine, leading the way in all things Content Marketing for Chronomics, developing engaging content for global audiences.Who we are:Chronomics is a tech-bio company on a mission to make biology accessible and actionable to everyone.The world is at the dawn of a bio-revolution - with science set to transform our lives in the coming decades. We cant wait to get to know you and see if theres a fit.RequirementsAs our Content Marketing Manager you will:

  • Craft interesting, well-researched, content to drive traffic, engage and convert target customers, and improve shared content across social media channels; content to include white papers, blog posts, website copy, eBooks, case studies, webinars, videos, presentations, speeches, and other content as needed
  • Lead research to drive thought leadership that fuels white papers, webinars, press, awareness, and a reputation of Chronomics as a thought leader and information resource
  • Update web content, working with demand generation, product marketing, and creative
  • Work with product marketing and growth team to develop content strategies and materials to support the sales cycle
  • Keep up with current industry trends and topics to ensure effective communications
  • Copy edit and review content for messaging, style guidelines, brand consistency, and voice; provide education and guidance to ensure high quality writing for all Chronomics content
  • Coordinate with partners, thought leaders, and other third parties to produce high quality joint content programs
  • Develop a content strategy that supports developing thought leadership, driving awareness and traffic, nurturing sales, and closing deals
  • Develop and maintain editorial calendars and content project plans; provide regular updates to stakeholders, and determine metrics for ensuring effectiveness of marketing content
  • Optimize delivery strategy for each piece, by implementing best practices, and repeatedly test various tools, content formats, and distribution channels with various target audience segments
  • Direct Chronomics social media strategy, managing presence to grow followers and engagement, particularly among influencers You will be set up for success if you have:
    • 3-5 years in a content marketing role in a B2B technology business, FinTech or SaaS platform
    • Excellent organisation skills, acute attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced and time-sensitive environment
    • Great communicator, both written and oral
    • Experience working closely with internal cross-functional teams
    • Proficiency in self-service internal tools such as Google Suite, Slack and Notion
    • Understanding of web publishing requirements and experience with Web Content Management Systems
    • Hands on experience with SEO and web traffic metrics
    • Expertise in social media platforms
    • Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experienceWhat would make you amazing:
