Job Description: We are looking for a driven, creative undergraduate to join Gainful as a Growth Marketing intern! The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion for growth and marketing. As a Growth Marketing Intern you will be leading several growth projects from ideation to execution. Reporting directly to the VP of Growth Marketing you will work closely with the rest of the team, from Brand to Product design. Responsibilities include: You will be responsible for "turning thoughts into things" and helping Gainful find new opportunities of Growth Organize and lead the Growth ideation process in the company. Organize a weekly touch base with the rest of the team, keep our roadmap up to date. Keep track of the different projects you are leading, send timely updates to the team, and achieve project milestones in due time. This internship will help you acquire marketing skills and provide you with knowledge of various marketing strategies Required: Currently enrolled in a top university in Economics, Finance, Business or Marketing Analytical mindset and passion for data-driven decision making Strong problem solving skills Highly motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit Highly organized go-getter with a no task too small mentality Ability to learn and move quickly to match the quick growth of the company Excellent verbal and written communication skills Desire to make a direct and tangible impact on a rapidly growing company Preferred: Experience at a high-growth startup, preferably a tech-enabled consumer brand. Experience at a direct-to-consumer subscription company or other consumer company. Interest in health, fitness, nutrition, and supplements.
