Job DescriptionWhat We're Looking For:The Manager, Enrollment
Marketing Team is responsible for delivering on partner and company
expectations of producing high quality prospect-facing assets,
innovating and constantly improving our enrollment communications
at scale. Overseeing the Enrollment Marketing team, the Manager
will partner closely with Admissions Leadership to create long-term
operational efficiency focused on prioritized enrollment conversion
challenges.Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this role will oversee
a team of Marketing Coordinators and a Specialist, and will play a
key role in developing and coaching their respective team.
Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:
- Partner closely with Admissions Leadership to proactively
identify, address and drive operational efficiency by streamlining
requests and increasing focus on impactful projects that deliver on
best practices, standardization, and innovation focused on
enrollment conversion challenges
- Understand key enrollment conversion challenges and their
impact to the business and ensure assets deliver on addressing
them
- Strong people manager that is focused on developing, coaching
and setting clear expectations of the Enrollment Strike Force team
of 3-4 Coordinators and a Specialist
- Direct Coordinators and Specialist and effectively manage their
prioritization, clear obstacles and ensure collaboration across
platform and marketing operations teams
- Partner with VP, to champion tool development that aids in
automation and workflow improvements
- Collaborate with VP, Admissions Leadership, and Program
Analytics to identify and track key operational metrics for success
for addressing particular conversion challenges, including
delivering assets that are: on time, of high quality, delivering on
best practices, meeting creative brief strategy
- Exceptional communication and collaboration with all internal
stakeholders, with a specific focus on those with a vested interest
in the outcomes driven by the Enrollment marketing team Things That
Should Be In Your Background:
- 4-6 years as a Marketing Coordinator, Communications
Specialist, Marketing Manager, or Degree Admissions Manager
- Bachelor's degree required, MBA or similar a plus
- Strong background in managing a number of direct reports
- Experience in executing marketing strategy
- Direct experience with student recruitment tactics
- Experience across a variety of digital marketing tactics
- Strong background in project management
- Solid verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
and the ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Must be highly organized and have great attention to
detail
- Experience with email automation systems, Salesforce, Google
Analytics and Tableau is a plus
- Ability to maintain a fun, casual, professional and productive
team atmosphere
- Ability to work with diverse teams in a fast-paced
environment
