We're so much more than just a phone company!AT Lead Product Marketing Manager is a seasoned professional skilled in developing and implementing marketing strategy for highly complex products and services.As a seasoned marketing professional, the AT Lead Product Marketing Manager understands the dynamics of the industry, new and emerging products technologies and or applications, has a thorough understanding of AT customers needs and ensures the development of a compelling customer experience; driving results and product accountability.Key job functions include: Develop comprehensive go to market strategies Ensure marketing strategies align with a digital-first mindset Ensure the paid media traffic plan is aligned with achieving online traffic forecasts Evaluate and monitor the need to shift budget or heavy-up to achieve our targets Build business cases to support changes to the media budget as needed Communicate all anticipated paid media traffic forecast impacts to all relevant teams Partner with Paid Media and Advertising to optimize performance to drive quality traffic and online sales Deliver test and learn marketing strategies across Paid Media, Advertising, and Att.com Partner with Att.com and Offers teams to execute online exclusive offers effectively to drive business outcomes Evaluate opportunities for conversion through other partner applications Perform digital competitive analysis Manage messaging consistency across Att.com in alignment with Wireless Marketing priorities Ultimately, ensure we achieve our online traffic targets, sales KPIs, revenue KPIs and customer satisfaction. Qualifications:Job-Specific Requirements: Minimum 5 years marketing, advertising and/or ecommerce experience Strong leadership, interpersonal and collaboration skillsSelf-motivated to work independently as well as thrive within a fast-paced team environmentStrong written and verbal communications skills; as well as experience with executive presentationsAbility to lead and inspire cross-functional teams Understanding of consumer data & marketing communications methods Strong analytic and fact-based decision-making skills Ability to strategically prioritize workload while remaining results focusedLeadership of agency resources and/or vendors Relationship management Desired Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (general business, marketing, advertising preferred) or equivalent work experience in industry; MBA preferred Our Lead Product Marketing Manager's earn between $105,000.00 - $210,100.00 Not to mention all of the other amazing rewards that working at AT offers.
