Ohi is building the future of how digitally native brands engage with their customers post-purchase. We call this Instant Commerce. Our platform enables brands to position inventory hyper-local to their customers, enabling unique post-purchase interactions centered around a sub-2hr delivery experience. We currently have locations in Manhattan, Brooklyn, LA, San Francisco and Chicago, serving over 50 brands across Beverage, Beauty and FMCG categories.
Ohi is looking for an experienced Content Marketing Manager with the ability to captivate and persuade through storytelling. In this role you'll be a key member of the Marketing team, reporting to the Head of Marketing.
Responsibilities include:

  • Lead all content marketing initiatives, including creating and managing the content calendar; and driving desired brand perception, traffic, and leads from content marketing.
  • Plan, develop, and implement insight-driven, high-value thought leadership content strategy, including thought leadership blogs, whitepapers, ebooks, customer case studies, and datasheets.
  • Edit, proofread and improve all customer-facing assets.
  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing to both identify and leverage content across paid and owned marketing channels to drive awareness and growth.
  • Gain customer understanding to determine who we should target for content marketing and understand pain points and topics to write content about.
  • Measure and analyze content-related metrics on a regular basis and factor results into future content recommendations and development.
  • Work with our social media team to ensure channels are used to amplify content

    Skills and Requirements:

    • 3+ years of experience in content marketing, preferably for a B2B technology company
    • Established track record in developing both content strategies and producing content across multiple formats for different audiences
    • Strong writing background, with experience writing, editing, and proofreading content
    • Ability to transform ideas into compelling content
    • Audience-focused mentality, can understand customer needs and challenges and translate them into engaging content
    • Proficiency in content management system (e.g. Hubspot, Wordpress) and Google Analytics
    • Understanding of SEO best practices
    • Sharp attention to detail with exceptional project management and organizational skills
