Job Description: Job Description Heidrick and Struggles, the premiere provider of Executive Search and Leadership Advisory, continues to build a best-in-class product and engineering team to disrupt the executive search and consulting space. By coupling our industry expertise with technology innovation, we are reshaping how organizations accelerate their performance in an ever-evolving marketplace. Heidrick is currently looking for an entrepreneurial Director of Marketing, Products and Solutions to bring life to an exciting new SaaS solution, from concept to market viability. In this newly created position, the Director will operate as the primary liaison for product marketing, owning the development and execution of go-to-market plans that are supported by robust market analysis, technical knowledge of our product, and a deep understanding of our customers. This person will regularly engage with audiences, both internal and external, to refine our understanding of the target customers, perfect product-market-message fit for each target and define plans for scaling feature adoption. We're looking for a marketing visionary that has demonstrated an ability to work closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Creative teams in delivering impactful outcomes. Job Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all marketing programs for Heidrick Digital in support of our business objectives. Specifically, building a high-performing, data-driven approach to product marketing; including driving the overall strategy, processes and frameworks. Oversee production of relevant marketing collateral, including (but not limited to): brochures, event invites, infographics, pitch deck slides and internal communication activities (in coordination with PR/Corporate Communications). Build business cases showing market sizing, opportunity analysis, key messaging, pricing analysis, competitive reviews and ROI, with supporting analysis for new ideas and opportunities. Communicate plans across Marketing, Finance, Eng, Sales, and senior management. Build new vertical go-to-market plans, including the development of holistic product narratives in core marketing assets. Regularly update and store all product-specific content and collateral to be leveraged by internal and external teams. Develop and execute omni-channel marketing plans/campaigns, direct strategy and value proposition across multiple practices & industries. Support and execute business development events with appropriate marketing communications, media relations, and promotions - collaborate with and leverage internal marketing team. Measure and assess marketing effectiveness to ensure business alignment and continuous improvement of marketing efforts. Liaise with colleagues in the global marketing team to integrate content, communications and digital marketing into product marketing programs. Delivers marketing support within various budget constraints. Additional duties as assigned. Qualifications and Experience: The successful candidate will have a minimum of eight years marketing experience, with at least 4 years product marketing experience, gained in a global organization. A background with an HR technology, start-up or software company is required. Undergraduate degree required (MBA preferred). Strong B2B & B2C demand generation and lead generation experience - including Account Based Marketing, email nurture campaigns - with readiness to implement best practices day one. Proven experience launching new products and creating effective marketing programs that drive growth. Demonstrated ability to develop go-to-market strategies based on audience personas and data. Extensive experience of working collaboratively with senior management and diverse stakeholders. Persuasive communicator capable of building trust and establishing strong professional relationships firm-wide. Able to multi-task and prioritize a diverse range of different projects concurrently. Track-record of executing well-planned marketing campaigns, often under pressure and to tight deadlines. Global outlook - should have an understanding of diverse cultures and nationalities. Detail-orientated with an enquiring mind and analytical approach. Digitally savvy, well versed in using technology to support marketing and BD initiatives. Experience with Salesforce and marketing automation preferred.
