We are seeking a passionate, highly motivated Strategist, Experience Marketing to join our Global Experience Marketing Team, who will be responsible for developing and executing high-impact events and demand-generation plans for the Enterprise Sales team - Geos West. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Experience Marketing, and will be based in New York, NY.

We are currently looking to add an amazing Strategist, Experience Marketing to our team. -Our dream candidate not only has a creative approach to strategic event marketing, but understands the tech space and is passionate about providing a unique and engaging experience for customers across multiple regions. The individual we're seeking for this position understands the power of strategic event planning and is excited for the opportunity to be involved with the growth of a world-class events marketing team. - What You'll Do

  • Develop a specific field marketing plan that marketing programs and activities that help to drive awareness, education, customer adoption and pipeline acceleration for our Enterprise sales team
  • Support industry-wide conferences, regional events, and Executive Briefing Center meetings onsite at our world-renowned EBC at HQ
  • Collaborate effectively with the global sales teams and various leaders and executives in order to ensure that all events are successful and that all prospects and clients are receiving an on-brand, best-in-industry experience
  • Manage internal and external communication around all events and conferences for the designated region
  • Work with sales leaders and account executives to execute strategic onsite meeting experiences and relationship growth opportunities to drive product awareness and future revenue opportunities
  • Maintain close relationships with leadership to stay up-to-date on pipeline and other important revenue initiatives
  • Join weekly sales team calls and host weekly 1:1s with sales leaders to help advance pipeline through strategic marketing support and event participation
  • Be the main point of contact for the regional sales team to clearly communicate objectives and activities that may benefit each respective team
  • Negotiate contracts for restaurants, suites, local venues, and various types of suppliers
  • Work closely with other partners within the company: Marketing Operations, Creative, AP/Legal, Product Strategy, HR, etc.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of other Yext Revenue events including Revenue Kickoff, President's Club in collaboration with the larger Brand Experiences team What You'll Have:
    • Bachelor's degree and 1+ year of experience in marketing, events, demand generation
    • Extremely organized with a strong attention to detail; Passionate about your work
    • Results-orientated: manage and execute events and campaigns that build pipeline and uncover new sales opportunities
    • Familiarity with the technology sales cycle and how to employ marketing communication strategies to nurture leads, drive adoption and accelerate growth
    • Proven knowledge of industry tools: CRM (Salesforce and Marketo), Asana and proficient working with google docs
    • Proactive, flexible and comfortable in a very fast-changing environment
    • Self-starter with high production output; Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • At ease engaging with people and building trust and relationships
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Creative, diplomatic, positive with an ability to multitask and meet deadlines
    • Experience working with a variety of stakeholders including C-level executives, investors, partners, agencies and other third-party vendors
    • Strong professional references and proven ability to work in a dynamic environment with many types of people at various levels
