We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to own the strategy and execution of our paid media acquisition channels to drive growth across a portfolio of brands. This role will involve direct ownership of core KPIs, as well as the day-to-day management of the channels that will drive them. This person will work very closely with our Brand Managers, Creative Team, Center of Excellence Team, and the M&A team.

NOTE: This role is based in NYC. Forum Brands operates a flexible, hybrid office policy in which employees are expected to be in-person at least three days per week.*

What you'll do:

  • Oversee and manage performance channels including paid social, paid search, affiliate/influencer and more
  • Drive budget allocation between channels and lead campaign-specific strategy to optimize for conversion and CAC
  • Develop and maintain KPI reports that track the efficacy of implemented strategies
  • Recommend new acquisition strategies
  • Conduct frequent A/B tests across ads, landing pages, targeting and bid strategies to maximize efficiency and volume

    • 3+ years of experience with the design, management and execution of multi-channel paid media campaigns including affiliate/influencer partnerships and channel exposure to Facebook, Google, mobile DSPs, Twitter and more
    • A deep understanding of growth marketing and customer acquisition
    • Strong analytical skills, comfortable with large data sets and rapid experimentation
    • Familiarity with analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, SimilarWeb

            Salary range: $125,000 - $135,000 + bonus and equity
