Senior Creative Marketing Manager - Fashion Industry

Objectives

  • Build, lead, and review the work of the creative team in the production of content, social media, print, and digital marketing
  • Manage content strategy for branding projects, harnessing strategy, digital and brand design, compelling content, and technology
  • Collaborate with another Senior Marketing Manager, their team, and the sales department in developing marketing plans, analyzing results, and identifying opportunities
  • Develop marketing campaigns that translate marketing objectives across the business into clear and motivating creative strategies
  • Analyze brand, product, and market trends, consumer needs, and the competitive landscape

    Responsibilities
    • Manage a cross-functional team (internal or external) of graphic designers, copywriters, social media associates, photographers/videographers, and creative strategists in the development of messages and deliverables
    • Prioritize work and resources across engagements based on short- and long-term needs, establishing production schedules by collaborating with designers, copywriters, and production departments
    • Conduct brainstorming sessions with the creative team, maintaining strategic and creative thinking to develop innovative and actionable creative initiatives in a fiscally responsible manner
    • Come up with the theme each season so that a 360 strategy can be built on top of it
    • Review and approve art and copy developed by the team, ensuring deliverables that effectively address marketing goals and challenges
    • Produce fresh, innovative work that translates complex ideas into marketing campaigns and brand experiences for visually sophisticated audiences
    • Present, or oversee the presentation of final concepts, and obtain approvals for deliverables

      Skills and Qualifications
      • 7+ years of experience in creative responsibilities in marketing agency (preferably) or corporate companies
      • Years of experience creating marketing/advertising campaigns from developing vision and the brand
      • Understanding and past experience creating integrated content across all marketing channels from digital, social media, paid media, and mobile, but also understanding offline and print
      • Proven experience with concept development, moods of campaigns
      • High skill in leading a team of creative talent
      • Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives
