Job Description:
Frette, the leading provider of luxury linens to the finest
hotels and homes worldwide, has an exciting full-time opportunity
for a Marketing Specialist to join the Marketing Team.
This role is responsible for contributing to the ideation of
marketing activities specific to partnership and activations for
further brand awareness, according to the global marketing
strategy, for our Wholesale & Hospitality business channels.
Responsible for the execution of activities and reporting of
ROI.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate and support Director of Hospitality and the
Director of Wholesale to develop marketing opportunities via our
third-party partners by managing timelines, coordinate creative
asset development, and launch activations.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third-party accounts'
marketing teams, both for Hospitality and Wholesale Accounts
- Monitor and help keeping updated the brand presence within
third parties' websites, advertising by third parties, and
press.
- Provide guidelines to partners and local teams to secure a
consistent look and feel with Frette brand guidelines.
- Manage daily marketing operation requests from sales teams or
third-party marketing teams
- Maintain B2B marketing calendar updates for activities and
support the development of the channels with proactive ideas
- Participate in reoccurring meetings with Frette divisions
and/or external partners and clearly communicate all activities to
the organization (i.e. commercial opportunities, events,
activations, etc).
- Ad-hoc support to colleagues within the Global Marketing team
on execution of brand initiatives/projects.
- PR & Media relations for the Hospitality trade business under
the supervision of the Global PR & Communications Manager
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in marketing with demonstrated
success, background in the hospitality business is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing preferred.
- Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in the
development and/or execution of marketing and communications
activities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects within a fast-paced working
environment.
- Strong organizational, oral and written communications
skills.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft and Adobe products.
- Commitment to working with shared leadership and in
cross-functional teams.
This position follows a hybrid work schedule, with some days
working from home and some days office (New York, NY) presence
required weekly.
