Job Description:

Zearch is working with an early stage, ground breaking AI/SaaS business that are revolutionizing the way people engage with our favorite brands and businesses. Especially the Restaurant and Hospitality Industry.
As the first marketing hire for our client, you will be empowered to create the foundation for the marketing function and lead it from end to end with a particular focus on Demand Gen.
This role is a good fit for a hungry and experienced marketer who is ready to step up into a role with high visibility, large responsibility, and full autonomy.Required is a passion for innovative technology, translating cutting-edge tech products into simple, compelling narratives, and desire to work in and contribute to a strong company culture are a must.
Requirements

  • At least 4+ years of B2B marketing experience demonstrating professional growth into expanded areas of responsibility or expertise
  • Marketed to Restaurant / Hospitality Sector
  • Demand Gen. Expert
  • Start-Up Experience
  • Experience marketing to SMB customers
  • Experience with Content and Paid/LinkedIn/Facebook/Google/Email
  • Executing Marketing plans and being hands on
  • Proven success of driving demand and awareness with customers in collaboration with sales
  • Demonstrated success at an early stage start-up company
  • Highly collaborative and able to partner successfully with sales, marketing, and product teams
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Feels comfortable starting with "yes" and devising a plan to problem solve
  • Proactive approach to achieving - with the ability to strategize tasks at hand.
  • MBA or other relevant advanced degree a plusGood to have
    • Experience with AI-powered and SaaS products
    • Motivated to work with innovative new products on the market
    • Worked in Seed, Series A or Series B B2B SaaS companies and have seen huge growthWhat you'll do
      • You will be responsible for developing positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation
      • Collaborated with the sales department to provide collateral and sales enablement tools to assist in closing sales
      • Report directly to CEO
      • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the customer buying process: identifying nuances and specific buying patterns
      • Complete competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth, predict and manage risks and understand our competitive positioning
      • Take ownership of process through the curation of playbooks, case studies, blog posts, sales training materials etc.
      • Create a customer reference process and assist in creating references and case studies
