The Performance Marketing team works directly with senior leaders across Ro's Care Verticals (Roman, Ro Derm, Ro Body, Ro Fertility) and central Growth team functions to broaden and scale performance marketing channels as a growth driver for the Ro business overall. The Senior Manager, Performance Marketing work will fuel our advertising and drive tangible business results through paid channel execution. You will map out and execute against strategies to scale Ro's acquisition marketing campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, and TikTok while also identifying opportunities to expand into emerging channels. You'll regularly collaborate with the Design, Marketing, and Influencer Partnerships, and Design teams on upcoming creative tests and will work with the broader team on optimization across ad formats, landing pages, and site experiences to drive conversion. You will be joining a growing team of marketers, technologists, and strategists sitting at the heart of Ro's ambitious growth plans. What You'll Do:

  • Own campaign management of Paid Social channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, others) while laying out a detailed, actionable strategy for how our brands can drive new member acquisition through all available levers - including platform management, creative iteration, and conversion rate optimization
  • Use your exceptional analytical skills to dig into data, extract insights, and drive performance marketing scale/efficiency
  • Own relationships with ad partners, technology providers, and agencies that support our paid social programs
  • Leverage your deep expertise and passion for performance marketing to proactively identify opportunities and implement strategies that enable us to scale and improve efficiency
  • Partner with Design, Marketing, and Insights teams to create informed testing concepts, execute ad testing, capture learnings, and develop highly effective paid social ads across our growing verticals
  • Use advanced measurement strategies and partner with data and analysis team members on developing and executing a robust channel experimentation roadmap in a high-impact area of the business
  • Be responsible for understanding technical implementation within Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, social platform tracking tools, and Looker to ensure paid social platforms and internal data tools have the most reliable data for analysis
  • Regularly share performance insights, learnings, and go forward strategy with key stakeholders across the business including members of our leadership team. Act as a voice of paid social internally to help Ro identify broader opportunities and develop a best-in-class social acquisition engineWhat You'll Bring to the Team:
    • You have 5-7 years of experience in performance marketing, with 3+ years dedicated to running paid social advertising at scale
    • You bring deep subject matter expertise across top paid social channels, including Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Snapchat
    • You're a builder, optimizer, and an executor, demonstrating an exceptional ability to manage high visibility campaigns, while always seeking to optimize bidding/targeting/audience/creative strategies
    • You are a strategic, analytical problem solver with the proven ability to structure a data-driven approach to complex business problems
    • You have proven oral and written communication skills that keep varying groups and teams aligned and informed
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of a data-driven approach to solve complex business problems
    • You're highly self-motivated and a team player having a stellar work ethic
    • You have experience with Meta's ads manager UI and other relevant data tools like Google Analytics, Excel, Looker, Mixpanel, or other similar tools
    • Prior people management experience is a plus
