Job Description
The Senior Associate, Media Planning will oversee assigned accounts and are expected to understand our client's overall business and marketing objectives. You will steward the tactical communications planning process and provide mid-level strategic recommendations to the senior media team and client.

  • Aid in the creation of client media communication plan objectives and strategies
  • Create and maintain media plans, flowcharts, buying guidelines, testing plans and results analysis, budget summaries, plan delivery and competitive reports
  • Work with outside media partners to plan, optimize, and report on managed service media plans
  • Support Integrated Media Supervisor in the collection and evaluation of syndicated consumer and media usage information
  • Compile reports of competitive market/media information for each brand/category
  • Oversee the work of Associate Communication Planners, ensuring that all deliverables are error free
  • Participate in client and vendor meetings
  • Build relationships with internal and external teams
    Qualifications
    • 1+ years of communications/media planning experience
    • Knowledge of MediaTools, Prisma, or similar tools
    • Knowledge of both traditional and digital channels
    • Ability to adapt plans due to changes in client goals, priorities or budgets while minimizing impact on project momentum
    • Strong analytical skills, ability to relate results to client goals

        The anticipated salary range for this position is $45,000 - $69,500. Salary is based on a wide range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.
