Job Description:

Objective: Get hands-on experience in fashion marketing for two e-commerce brands, Derek Lam 10 Crosby and ATM.
This position will be working side by side with the in house Marketing Team.
Goal: To experience the day-to-day in fashion social media and influencer marketing and to learn about content creation, social trends, influencer campaigns, sample trafficking, and analytical reporting.
You will learn how to:

• Create content for Derek Lam 10 Crosby and ATM Collection to build brands' socials.
• Research social trends in order to stay relevant in the industry and against competitors.
• Capture BTS video content during lookbook and campaign photoshoots for diversity of assets.
• Schedule and post to social platforms: Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Tiktok.
• Source and reach out to macro, micro & nano influencers that align with each brand for upcoming campaigns.
• Monitor all influencer gifting from start to finish to ensure efficient campaigns.
• Compile insights and build reports for influencer campaigns to analyze ROI.
• Build and maintain the master influencer list.
• Coordinate with stylists and editors to fulfill press requests to maximize press placements.
  Qualifications:
  • Must be a current junior or senior studying marketing/communications - eligible to receive school credit.
  • Must be available 2-3 days from Monday to Thursday 10:00am-5:00pm
  • Must have interest in fashion & e-commerce brands
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills
  • Understanding of social platforms - especially Instagram and TikTok
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of Photoshop is a plus
