JOB OVERVIEWWe are looking for an experienced MarCom Lead Consultant to manage the MarCom team and work directly with our client to develop and execute effective marketing and communication strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, communication, and project management and will be responsible for designing, planning, and implementing a range of marketing and communications initiatives to support our client's goals and objectives.

  • Develop and execute an overall communication strategy that aligns with the client's business goals
  • Create account level comms plan with guidelines, templates, best practices and governance to standardize communications across the service areas
  • Collaborate with service areas to create content, collateral, and other marketing/communications materials
  • Collaborate with service area leads and client counterparts to develop account-level newsletters to highlight success, performance, and awareness of initiatives
  • Develop and maintain the client's brand voice and messaging across all communication channels
  • Develop and manage the client's crisis communication plan and provide guidance in times of crisis
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of communication activities, and provide regular performance reporting to the client
    • 10 to 15 years of experience in management consulting and marketing, communications, or a related field
    • Big 4 or global consultancy experience
    • Proven experience in developing and executing communication plans across a range of channels
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and cross-functional teams
    • Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to write for different audiences and channels
    • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to measure and analyze communication performance data to make informed decisions
    • Experience in crisis communication management
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address customer issues and opportunities for improvement
    • Excellent business communication and presentation capability
    • NY Based, ability to be at client site 4 days a week
    • Travel domestically and internationally as needed to meet the stakeholders
      • Familiarity of technology operations and bridging the gap across brands, regions, and functions
      • Understanding of ITSM
