You are r esponsible for Perfumers, Evaluators and Labs for North America Fine Fragrance & Beauty Care business. - Your priority is Product superiority: You and your team are responsible to drive the creative strategy and innovation agenda, to deliver winning fragrance solutions for active briefs while managing available resources and budgets effectively aligned with the global strategies.Job DescriptionValue to Market -

• Effective team management to respond to Value to Market projects with the aim to achieve profitable growth. -
• Partner and support Commercial leadership to ensure effective commercial strategy execution. -
• Leverage IFF innovations across categories (technologies, value propositions, tools) to create a competitive advantage vis a vis competition -Talent Management -
  • Ensure growth of key talents. You will manage and lead the most critical resources in the Scent Organization. -Governance -
    • Ensure right governance for Project inflow and outflow
    • Results measured also by a combination of factors which include, C2S, agility, internal customer satisfaction and feed back, data accuracy (project pipeline, project status, win rate evolution), in flow quality and clarity. -Operations Management -
      • Ensure effective and efficient work processes & support services implemented in the creative center. -Value Creation -
        • Ensure profitable growth through value creation projects addressing supply chain issue and COGS variations. -Job Requirements

            Required Experience: -
            • Degree or preferably Masters in Business / Science / Chemistry / Perfumery -
            • SDM role or strong involvement in creative processes. Olfactive knowledge - Compensation ($194,640 - 218,970) is based on a variety of factors including but not limited to work experience, skills, certifications, and location.
