Business Development Representative (Outbound Marketing Representative)

Job Description:

Litify is looking for a highly personable, curious, and creative self-starter to join our Marketing team as Outbound Marketing Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for driving prospect engagement with account-based and experiential marketing campaigns. You will build and accelerate sales pipeline through personalized and scaled outbound email sequences, phone outreach, and in-person events.
You will work closely with Marketing to execute and influence campaign strategy, and closely with Sales to target top prospects and advance qualified leads through the sales cycle. No prior marketing or sales experience is required, but you must have the ambition and time management to fulfill outbound outreach goals and a desire to master a sales-driven communication approach.
Key Responsibilities


  • Execute a combination of personalized and automated outreach sequences to drive engagement for specific accounts and buyer personas
  • Drive attendance and own personalized experience surrounding Litify-hosted and industry-sponsored events
  • Own one-to-one outreach for marketing lead campaigns with a sense of urgency
  • Develop and execute messaging for multi-touch, scaled outbound marketing strategies
  • Research industry and market segment insights to tailor messaging with the most relevant content and value propositions for specific target audiences
  • Ongoing training and learning from your peers and team leads on marketing strategies, revenue operations, sales tactics, and refined communication skills
  • Utilize Litify systems such as Salesforce and sales enablement tools according to Litify standards
  • 10% travel to trade shows, events, and in-person experiences for prospects

    Qualifications

    • Bachelors Degree (in Communications, Marketing, PR or related field preferred)
    • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
    • Persuasive, high energy, with a sense of urgency and ability to manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced marketing organization
    • Goal-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed metrics and pipeline quotas
    • Ability to develop strong, long-lasting relationships (both internal and external)
    • Collaborative and coachable mindset - you should be excited about continuously improving your skills and impact
    • Experience in SaaS products or the legal industry is a plus.

      Disclosure:The estimated pay range for this role is $50,000. You may also be offered a bonus, equity grant, and benefits.
      Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of many compensation, benefits and other reward opportunities we provide.
      Individual pay rate decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skill set, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company.
