This role will report to our VP of Business Development to develop and implement marketing strategies with the cross-collaborative teams. They will help to architect the UX/UI design for new website launches and work across all company functions, to ensure that each area of the business has been considered in the creation and promotion of any new product. -This role will not initially have any direct reports, but is intended to evolve into a leadership role as time goes on, so management experience is a plus. -The perfect candidate for this role has a strong, positive "roll up your sleeves" attitude and is a creative, out-of-the-box thinker, that is known for pushing the boundaries of what is expected. They are not only able to develop the strategic direction but are also able to dive in and create content and manage the implementation of each strategy. -Responsibilities:

  • Work with the VP of Business Development to create the strategy, needs, and priorities of various projects and implement those strategies
  • Work with the dev/ops team to provide direction on UX/UI design for web development
  • Direct the marketing team on any product design, product and promotional positioning, public relations, growth management, customer conversions, and digital and other media marketing needs
  • Create and manage assigned Marketing Budget
  • Direct and implement the organization's advertising and promotional activities for various project launches
  • Work with the greater Marketing Team to drive reach and engagement as well as amplify content via digital marketing efforts including, but not limited to: SEO, social, paid media, email and content marketing
  • Analyze target markets & potentially new business opportunities to identify and recommend effective marketing approaches
  • Analyze the effectiveness of the products, campaigns, web & social media traffic; make recommendations & decisions for improvement based on that analysis keeping profit margins in mind
  • Identify, track and report on Key Performance Indicators
  • Collaborate with senior executives to develop growth plans for various product lines
  • Conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitor's marketing strategy
  • Perform other related duties as assigned -Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field required; Master's degree in marketing or related field, or MBA preferred.
    • At least 7 years of experience in marketing
    • At least 3+ years leading a team
    • Experience launching a new product line that touches on all aspects of a business
    • Ability to manage multiple projects at once with fast deadlines and changing priorities
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Strong report generation and analytics skills
    • A customer focused attitude, both internally and externally
    • Content creation & SEO experience
    • Strong drive for results
    • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
    • Expert at analyzing problems and creating solutions
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong supervisory and leadership skills
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
    • Up to speed with current and online marketing techniques and best practices
    • Thorough knowledge of web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.) and Google AdWords
