The CompanyOur Client is a corporate agency and they are looking for a Senior Creative Strategist to join their team on a permanent basis. -The company delivers meetings, incentives, virtual events, special events and marketing campaigns for corporate clients and Fortune 500 brands.

The Role
The Senior Creative Strategist will be dedicated to major accounts and will be responsible for concept development, strategy and creative ideation. The Senior Creative Strategist must have a background in generating ideas, concepts, story development and creative strategy within the experiential space. Role is REMOTE and reports to the Head of Strategy.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Contributing to concept ideation including: concepting, brainstorming, industry and brand research, insights, liaising with the Creative/Design team
• Driving strategy development and proposals across branding, creative execution, branding, timing and impact
• Developing creative briefs and strategic proposals
• Leading and contributing to research and ideation sessions
• Communicating ideas to internal teams to ensure deliverables are being executed
• Participating in client presentations and pitches
  This Job is Ideal for Someone who has
  
  • 7 - 9 years experience in Creative Strategy, Brand Strategy, Creative Direction, Copywriting or similar role within the experiential, marketing and events industry
  • Agency background required
  • Client focused mindset
  • Experience building brand experiences, events, digital experiences and campaigns with culture, lifestyle and technology brands.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with internal and external teams including event production, accounts, marketing and creative -
  • Proven experience working with multiple clients and projects simultaneously
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong attention to detail, flexibility and accountability for results
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A passion for events and drive to thrive in a fast-paced, high pressure agency environment
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Excellent time management and problem solving skills -
  • Strong desire to work with a fun, creative and entrepreneurial team in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • The Candidate must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed; as well as participate in overnight travel for events
  • Local and interstate travel may be required
  • Bachelor's Degree preferredThe anticipated package for this position is -$105,000 - $115,000 annually + bonus structure, dependent on experience. The package is based on a range of factors, including relevant experience, skills, knowledge, job-related qualifications, complexity of the role, market considerations, geographic location and region, and budgetary considerations. This is the anticipated total compensation package (including base salary), which may include additional company benefits such as bonuses, commission, paid time off, medical, dental, vision, and retirement.
