POSITION SUMMARY:The Manager will support the North America Marketing, USDS Omni Commercial team in driving sales and market share growth of Clinique in North America through the execution of retailer-specific marketing programs & merchandising in Belk, Dillard's & Nordstrom as well as Nordstrom Rack.-- --The Manager will lead multiple projects of significant brand importance, overseeing tactical and daily operations in order to execute them with excellence and remain on budget. Additionally, this position will support the account management team's goal to strengthen communication with the field, retailer, and internal partners, create and execute omni strategies, and drive some of the priority US Department Store businesses.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Launch Planning/ Marketing Programming for USDS Chanels; Belk, Dillard's, Nordstrom, Nordstrom Rack.

  • Responsible for the execution of strategic retailer specific marketing strategy for priority business lines across all categories (skincare, makeup, fragrance, men's) and turning the marketing plan into a detailed promotional plan in partnership with retailers and Account Leads
  • Champion brand equity and present innovative solutions to achieve brand and sales goals for basic business, launch, and holiday/promo event periods.
  • Identify granular opportunities while driving hero growth within each retailer. Ensure cross-functional omni execution to drive .com strategically in alignment with retail store planning and programming.
  • Assist with the preparation for field and retailer presentations/interactions with respect to marketing and promotions, with the goal of generating retailer support and superior execution of Clinique programs in store.
  • Manage sampling execution in-store & partner with retailer.com team to ensure strategic omni alignment.
  • Maintain seasonal marketing calendars for all accounts.
  • Oversee budget for in-store, merchandising, and sampling.
  • Support North America Account Management team on comp requests for advertising, pitching and PR.----
  • Manage all promotional development with NA Promo & Global Promo teams. Combine retailer feedback, competitive insights, trend, with brand CRM to create compelling, high return to brand curated mixes.Merchandising
    • Partner with Field Sales, Visual Merchandising and Creative Operations to plan and execute merchandising refreshes including merchandising updates, US tower strategy & execution, incremental opportunities and price increases.
    • Track all job starts and deadlines and meet with Ops weekly to review timelines.
    • Attend weekly meetings & own detailed recaps of action items & next steps.
    • Manage assortments for retail accounts. Strong Excel skills are needed & strong attention to detail.
    • Review all merchandising routes for accuracy to the account assortments, latest pricing, copy and marketing launch strategy.-- --Market Week
      • Assist North America Account Management team in the development of retailer-specific decks for seasonal market week presentations and ensure retailer-specific needs and comps are addressed/prepared in advanceQUALIFICATIONS
        • The candidate should have 5+ years of related experience.----
        • BA/BS from top school preferred.
        • Have facility to identify, prioritize and adjust to multiple needs in fast-paced, dynamic environment.
        • Highly detail oriented with proven project management experience.----
        • Exhibit strong analytical skills and detail orientation with excellent problem solving capabilities.----
        • Requires strong oral and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal and team building capabilities with internal functional groups, senior brand leadership as well as with external partners.--
        • Candidate should be collaborative, proactive and resourceful.----
        • Requires an ability to navigate the organization and think of creative solutions to achieve business goals.--
        • Strong MS Excel and Powerpoint skills.

          The anticipated base salary range for this position is $81,000 to $133,000. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location.
