Job Description:

JobDiva currently has an opening for a Marketing Specialist.

In this role, you will manage direct email marketing and social media efforts for the company and report directly to the CMO. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful B2B email marketing and creative social media management success record in B2B space. You will also assist the marketing team with video production.

• Day-to-day active management of social media channels
  
• Day-to-day management of email campaigns
  
  Requirements:
  
  
  • 
    
  • Excellent track record of growing a social presence for a B2B company.
    
  • Excellent analytical skills to develop, improve and scale persona campaigns.
    
  • Strong analytical background, with extensive experience in direct email marketing.
    
  • Experience with A/B testing for email campaigns.
    
  • Proficient in social profile optimization: branding aesthetics, consistent business details and optimizing content with impact keywords
    
  • Managing community interactions: monitoring conversations, responding to reviews and comments and generating engaging conversation.
    
  • Working with copywriter and designer to produce engaging content updates in line with business goals and objectives, targeted to the appropriate audience.
    
  • Proficient in quantitative analysis /analytical thinking with proven ability to translate analysis into actionable and valuable insights.
    
  • Strong project/time management skills with attention to detail and focus on ROI.
    
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and creative thinking capabilities.
    
  • Organized and detail oriented with excellent written and oral communication skills.
    
  • HTML/CSS coding experience specifically for email
    
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Film, or a related discipline.
