ABOUT THE ROLEPeloton is looking for a passionate and talented
Paid Social Senior Manager, Digital Media to lead our Paid Social
channels. In this role you will be responsible for driving full
funnel global media performance across Paid Social channels Meta,
TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit and more. Paid Social is a critical
acquisition driver within Growth Marketing. You will have a deep
executional understanding of social channels, including CPA
optimization, measurement, MMPs, creative personalization and
managing a sophisticated testing program. YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT
PELOTON
- Planning and execution of global Paid Social media, with a
focus on both strategic-level planning and detailed tactical
execution
- Managing the Paid Social channel team
- Core responsibilities:
- Cross-channel and channel-specific strategy
- Forecasting
- Trafficking (working with an external agency for
activation)
- Budget management
- Always-on optimizations in platform across all available
levers
- Managing both web-based conversion campaigns and App campaigns
(i.e. app install, post install conversion)
- Weekly reporting including creation and maintenance of
dashboards
- Recommending testing calendars / learning agendas
- Creative briefing, rotations, optimizations (internal and
external partners)
- Relationship management with platform partners
- Media tag / event management (multi-event acquisition
funnels)YOU BRING TO PELOTON
- 7+ years of hands-on Paid Social digital media experience as
well as previous experience leading a team
- Extensive experience planning and buying across Social
platforms including:
- Meta (FB/IG), TikTok required
- Pinterest, Snap, Reddit highly encouraged
- Ad buying / activation platforms (Smartly, Kenshoo/Skai, 4C)
highly encouraged
- Mobile Measurement Partner/MMP experience preferred
(AppsFlyer)
- Experience planning multi-stage, high-consideration media
strategy with full-funnel tactics and campaign objectives (reach,
traffic, lead gen, app acquisition, CPA/ROAS/LTV optimization)
- Direct experience managing campaigns in platforms with a focus
on both revenue-driven sales objectives and brand-lift
objectives
- Knowledge of ad tech landscape including areas such as event
management (GTM or Segment), audience platforms, measurement,
creative tools / DCO for social channels.
- Experience working with multiple creative teams/partners to
shape Paid Social content to drive audience resonance and effective
demand response across all funnel stages and campaign
objectives.
- Experience activating creators/influencers in paid media
campaigns.
- Experience with A/B and multivariate testing and optimizing
landing pages and user funnels.
- Excellent analytical skills to inform smart hypotheses and
data-driven strategy. Self-starter capable of completing complex
analyses integrating multiple data sources to answer thorny,
multi-faceted business questions.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects and campaigns

the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this
position based at our New York City headquarters. The actual base
salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors
including individual performance, business objectives, and if the
