We need an enthusiastic and dedicated Marketing Campaign Manager to join our team and execute approved marketing campaigns from inception to execution through all relevant marketing channels.

Your Impact

As a Marketing Campaign Manager under the leadership of the Director of Marketing Operations & Analytics, you---ll partner closely with the Integrated Marketing team to manage approved marketing campaigns from kickoff through to successful execution. Your organizational skills will be second to none as you project manage all campaigns from beginning to end, ensuring they meet the target objectives. You---ll partner with all marketing teams to monitor workload and set clear expectations for campaign deliverables based on available resources. Building strong relationships both within DFS and external agencies will be crucial to your success as you coordinate organizationally and geographically dispersed resources in an agile process to ensure timely reviews, feedback, and approvals, and accurate budget management to deliver excellent experiences for our clients that in turn drive revenue for the business. Your level-headed approach and stellar interpersonal skills will keep things moving smoothly, including holding all involved parties accountable for their deliverables and initiating difficult discussions when necessary. Should a campaign start falling behind, underperforming, or going over-budget, your clear and timely notification to all impacted parties will be essential to maintaining open lines of communication and ensuring quick course-correction.

Your diligence doesn---t end when the campaign begins! Second only to your amazing organizational skills will be your love of the numbers. You---ll be meticulous about ensuring all campaigns are set up and tagged to accurately track KPIs then eagerly monitor those KPIs, analyze results, deliver regular reports, and offer insights and recommendations for campaign improvements, including ideas for A/B testing to trial new approaches to increase effectiveness and enhance the user experience. You---ll enable the team to test and learn quickly by managing the implementation of these learnings through agile sprints, as well as collecting and analyzing the data to not only continually improve the live campaign, but also to inform new campaigns.

    Required SkillsYou have:

    • A Bachelor---s Degree in communications or marketing or CAPM or PMP certification

    • 3 - 7 years of relevant experience

    • Fundamental project management skills and techniques

    • Extensive experience working on a variety of marketing campaigns from inception to completion

    • An ability to work to organizational deadlines and KPI---s, ensuring all marketing campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and to successfully meet campaign requirements

    • A desire and ability to turn those KPI learnings into A/B testing recommendations that you implement and use the results from to inform the campaign, as well as provide learnings for future campaigns

    • Strong technical ability and marketing platform experience

    • Advanced skills in Microsoft programs including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

    • Knowledge of Google Analytics, marketing automation platforms (Eloqua / Marketo / Salesforce Marketing Cloud), Salesforce CRM, search optimization tools, content management systems, social monitoring tools, blog platforms, and other relevant marketing technology tools

    • Phenomenal spoken and written communications skills

    • Creative problem-solving capabilities

    • Relevant industry experience gained from a similar company would be a bonus, but is not necessary
