Our client base is high-performing corporate, business, and community professionals who are dedicated to becoming more agile and impactful leaders. We are purposeful, resourceful and mindful and thats what we are looking for in you along with a passion for social media and reaching wide audiences. We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Coordinator to join our team. Responsibilities: -Grow our social following and ensure that every day were improving the engagement of our content. Current platforms include: Facebook (3 accounts); Twitter (1 account); Linked In (3 profiles); desire to start Instagram, if it will generate exposure with our target audience (1 account) -Manage development of ongoing social content calendars -Write relevant and appropriate captions for posts and responses to comments, sharing and retweets -Schedule all posts through 3rd party tools and native social platforms (primarily Hootsuite). Also recommend better ways of managing and posting content, if and when needed -Compile ongoing reports and socialize wins with broader team and company -Monitor social trends to identify new opportunities that make sense for the brand -Manage creation and growth of our email marketing list to ensure were signing up new potential clients and sending relevant and engaging emails monthly -Launch, monitor and manage budgets for online marketing and advertising campaigns -Track results of advertising campaigns and deliver reports to the team -Utilize DropBox, Hootsuite, Klout and adopt new tools to most effectively manage e-Marketing and Social activities Who You Are: -Discuss our goals with us, and come up with ways to reach those goals using social media and email marketing. -When something is not working, come up with a way to do it better and pitch it to us. -Track trends in our activities intuitively, not just what you put in our metrics spreadsheet, if you have an intuition to change something up, tell us about it! -Our founder writes great content.
