We are a looking for a full-time engaged Field Marketing Manager to develop, plan and execute all retail-marketing components that are aligned with our marketing plans. As a Field Marketing Manager, you will be in charge of overseeing the annual strategic field marketing plans with the primary focus on new markets. In addition, you will work cross-functionally with members of our Head Office to drive customers to our stores. What to learn more about us? Your main responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Develop and execute strategic annual plan to increase brand visibility and support sales objectives Overall awareness and understanding of innovative marketing strategies for the U.S. Forecast, evaluate, measure and report on marketing campaigns effectiveness and ROI ( return-on-investment) Develop relationships with market influencers that lead to increased brand visibility Work cross-functionally to oversee the timely and successful execution of the field marketing plans Manage Field Marketing department budget Manage and motivate team of Event Marketing Specialists We are looking for: Bachelor's degree in marketing or business Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience (events, promotions, media, consumer products marketing) Ability to think strategically and keep abreast of the latest Marketing innovations Strong negotiation and influencing skills Excellent English verbally and in writing Interpersonal communication skills Ability to work in a fast paced environment with multiple priorities and objectives Demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit Must be able to work a flexible schedule, able to work outside of regular business hours and weekends Must be able to travel up to 70% across U.S. and hold a valid drivers license Why people love working for us?
