Job Description:

Currently seeking an Account Manager to join a fast-paced, high volume team within a Back to Work program. This position sources new employer partners in order to strategically place program participants in available job opportunities.

Responsibilities include:

- Research and identify local employers with high-volume recruiting needs.

- Establish and maintain relationships with local employers, chambers of commerce and community agencies to partner with the project.

- Collaborate with career development team to place job seekers; monitors job placements and employer satisfaction.

- Assess and place program participants into unpaid volunteer work site locations within defined time frames.

- Schedule, coordinate, facilitate and participate in job fairs, on-site recruitment events and outside functions independently and with various community partners.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent work experience

- 3+ years in employer and business development

- Proven success within a similar program

- Outstanding communication skills and the motivation to close the deal!
