Job Description Recruiting Maintenance Supervisor 2 for
Manhattan Psychiatric Center Manhattan Psychiatric Center (MPC), an
Office of Mental Health (OMH) Joint Commission-accredited facility,
is recruiting a Maintenance Supervisor 2 to join its team. Schedule
is Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM with pass days of
Saturday/Sunday. Maintenance Supervisor 2 at MPC will provide
leadership and oversight of the activities of skilled trades,
semiskilled, and unskilled positions including: and coordination
across maintenance operations to ensure safe, reliable, and
well-maintained facilities. Coordinating maintenance operations to
ensure a safe, reliable, and well-maintained facility. Overseeing
the daily work of all maintenance shops. Reviewing work requests
and assigning jobs based on the skills, tools, and time needed.
Checking completed work to ensure it meets safety rules, codes, and
project plans. Planning and scheduling maintenance and repair
projects. Keeping records of work, materials, and staff
performance, and supporting energy-saving and safety efforts. About

first-level supervisory experience in either the maintenance and
operation of a physical plant; building construction; and/or
