Job Description:
As a Site Superintendent, you will oversee all on-site
activities for the construction of large custom homes. You will be
the on-the-ground leader responsible for ensuring projects are
completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of
quality and safety. Client Details Our client is a premier name in
the custom home construction space. Their projects are out in the
Hamptons and other parts of Riverhead, NY. They are a family-owned
shop who takes pride in their work and who takes care of their
people. Description Oversee daily on-site operations for custom
home construction projects Coordinate and supervise subcontractors,
suppliers, and laborers Ensure all work meets quality standards and
complies with building codes and safety regulations Maintain
project schedules and timelines, ensuring milestones are met
Communicate regularly with project managers, architects, and
clients to provide updates Conduct site inspections and resolve
issues proactively Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
at all times Track materials, deliveries, and site documentation
Profile Site Superintendent: Proven experience as a site
superintendent or foreman in residential construction (custom home
experience preferred) Strong knowledge of construction processes,
materials, and building codes Excellent leadership and
communication skills Ability to read and interpret blueprints and
technical drawings Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving
abilities Valid driver's license and reliable transportation OSHA
certification or similar safety training is a plus General
knowledge of Building and Construction codes Job Offer Competitive
