Responsibilities - Inspect construction work to ensure compliance with building standards and project specifications - Inspect all material upon arrival to the jobsite to ensure compliance - Review plans to identify potential violations - Document inspections and report any issues - Determine the quality of materials being used throughout testing Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or construction management a plus - Minimum six (6) years of experience in building construction trades - Minimum four (4) years of experience as a Construction Inspector including inspection of site/civil is required. - OSHA 30 hr. - Proficiency with web-based submittal collaboration systems - Construction scheduling knowledge to support project team - Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and procedures - Ability to maintain field and office records and perform quantity computations - Experience reading and interpreting plans and specifications - Strong written and oral communication skills - Collaborate with multiple team members - Ability and coordination to safely maneuver around a construction site LiRo is committed to your success, and we invest in your growth and development to unlock your full potential. - Competitive Total Compensation Package - Employee- Only Stock Purchase Plan - Mentoring programs - Continuing Education Program - Employee referral bonus - Volunteer/Industry association opportunities - We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a positive work environment - Compensation: Min $80,000 to $110,000 - The range provided is the salary that the Firm in good faith believes at the time of this posting is willing to pay for the advertised position.
