Job Description:
H&K Group, Inc., a pioneering leader in the construction
materials and contracting sectors since 1968, is looking for a
dynamic Project Manager to manage key projects in Central Eastern
Pennsylvania. This role is pivotal for ensuring high-quality
execution and delivery of construction projects, maintaining our
commitment to excellence in the Mid-Atlantic region. As a Project
Manager, you will be steering projects that involve our key
products and services, including aggregates, asphalt, and concrete.
Lead planning and implementation of project initiatives from
inception to completion. Manage project budget, documentation,
schedule, and resources to align with company goals and client
requirements. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal
regulations, as well as safety and quality standards. Coordinate
and supervise construction workers and subcontractors, select tools
and materials, and negotiate terms of agreements. Engage with
engineers, architects, and other construction and building
specialists. Prepare comprehensive project reports and present
progress as well as challenges and solutions to stakeholders.
Address potential project risks, finding proactive solutions to
avoid delays or escalate them appropriately. Maintain strong
relationships with clients and all internal and external
stakeholders to support project delivery and client satisfaction.
Strong leadership and human resources management skills. Excellent
communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft
Office and project management software, such as Microsoft Project
or Primavera. Deep understanding of the construction process,
including design, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
