Job Description Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Environmental Project Manager / Estimator to join our team in Sayville, New York . This full-time role focuses on managing environmental services, sitework, and remediation projects from estimating through execution. The ideal candidate combines project management expertise with strong estimating and field coordination skills to deliver compliant, on-time solutions. Key Responsibilities Manage environmental, sitework, and remediation projects from bid through closeout. Prepare detailed estimates, scopes of work, and proposals for environmental services and sitework projects. Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, materials, and equipment to ensure smooth project execution. Track schedules, budgets, change orders, and project documentation accurately. Communicate with clients, regulators, and internal teams to manage scope, expectations, and timelines. Requirements Background in environmental remediation, environmental construction, site development, or related project management Hands on experience managing remediation projects involving soil, groundwater, and soil vapor Working familiarity with New York environmental programs, including the NYSDEC Spill Program, Brownfield Cleanup Program BCP, and NYC Office of Environmental Remediation OER E Designation requirements Demonstrated ability to prepare estimates, manage project budgets, and oversee project execution Proven ability to prioritize and oversee multiple projects in a deadline driven environment Understanding of environmental compliance and regulatory processes Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact directly with clients in a professional manner Benefits Paid Time Off (PTO) and company-observed holidays.
