Job Description Job Description Superintendent - Large Commercial/K-12 Superintendent - Large Commercial/K-12 Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee large commercial and K-12 construction projects. The successful candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while also managing the day-to-day operations on the job site. Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise all phases of construction projects from planning to completion. Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and the project team to ensure project goals are met. Monitor project schedules and budgets, providing regular updates to stakeholders. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes throughout the construction process. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work. Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, logs, and schedules. Qualifications Proven experience as a Superintendent in large commercial and K-12 construction. Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and regulations. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred. Relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA, PMP) are a plus.
