Job Description:
Job Description We are seeking a Call Center Representative to
manage incoming and/or outgoing calls. This role focuses on
delivering excellent customer support by addressing inquiries,
resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The
ideal candidate is an effective communicator with strong
problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset. Key
Responsibilities Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls in a
professional manner Answer customer questions and provide accurate
information Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively
Provide basic technical support as needed Maintain a high level of
customer satisfaction through quality service Document call details
and follow up when necessary Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications High School Diploma or General Education Degree
(GED) required Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in a
call center or customer service role Bilingual skills (as required)
Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent active
listening skills with the ability to understand customer needs
Effective problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
Proficiency with computers and phone systems Must have experience
in hospital settings customer support Important Details: 8-week
contract position Shift is 8 hrs/day (8:00 AM-4:00 PM), 40 hrs/week
Location is New York, NY 10004 Hourly Pay Range: $25 - $28 Call to
