Job Description:
Job Description S. Wieder Architect PC (SWA) is a growing
architecture and design practice seeking a talented and versatile
individual to help expand our team and support our interior
architecture and multi-family residential divisions. Our work
includes ground-up and renovation projects across medium- to
large-scale multifamily, mixed-use, and commercial developments. We
are seeking a Architectural Designer with strong design skills and
5–8 years of professional experience—including expertise in,
Construction Documents, and Building Information Modeling. The
ideal candidate is self-motivated, reliable, and capable of
managing all aspects of a project from concept through
construction. Responsibilities Lead all project phases, including
Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Documents.
Produce and review architectural drawings, construction documents,
and specifications. Coordinate closely with project managers,
engineers, contractors, and vendors. Create presentation drawings,
materials boards, fabric schemes, and related client-facing
deliverables. Assist with technical drawings, design studies, and
conceptual presentation imagery. Candidate Qualifications High
proficiency in popular softwares (required). Strong communication,
organization, and client-interface skills. Demonstrated experience
in project delivery and coordination across all architectural
phases. Knowledge of construction materials, assemblies, and
detailing. Working understanding of NYC Building Code and zoning
regulations. Relevant NYC project experience preferred. Experience
in Construction Administration. Ability to motivate, guide, and
collaborate with team members. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in
Architecture. 5–8 years of professional experience in an
architectural office. Schedule In-office position We are looking

for this position is $85,000–$105,000, depending on experience,
