At Bose Corporation, we believe sound is the most powerful force
on earth — and for over 60 years, we have been a company built on
innovation, excellence, and independence. Privately owned, fiercely
customer-focused, and driven by our values, we continue to lead
industries and transform lives through sound. Today, Bose
Corporation is entering an exciting new era. Across multiple global
Business Units and Global Functions, we are shaping the future of
audio technology, automotive, luxury, and premium experiences. We
invite you to join us in this transformation. Job Description About
Bose Bose is a global leader in audio innovation, dedicated to
transforming how people experience sound at home, on the go, and
everywhere in between. For over 60 years, we’ve pushed the
boundaries of what’s possible, combining breakthrough technology
with creativity to deliver sound experiences that move people. Our
culture is built on curiosity, collaboration, and bold ideas. We’re
reinventing how we connect with audiences across social platforms —
and we’re looking for a strategist who can help us do it with
impact. The Role The Social Videographer/Editor is a key member of
the Bose Content Studio, responsible for creating social-first
video content that brings our brand and products to life across
TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital channels. This role
blends hands-on production with thoughtful editing to deliver work
that feels fresh, authentic, and culturally relevant. The ideal
candidate is a self-starter who thrives on creative
problem-solving, moves seamlessly between production and post, and
loves shaping on-trend, social-first storytelling. You bring an
editorial eye, a collaborative spirit, and an obsession with
crafting content that captures attention and drives deep and
consistent engagement. What You’ll Do Content Creation and
Production Concept, shoot, and edit short-form video content for
Bose brand socials, including TikTok, Instagram, longform YouTube
and YouTube Shorts. Capture brand partner and product content —
in-studio and on-location — that tells stories aligned with the
Bose brand. Lead post-production, including editing, color
correction, sound design, and light motion graphics that align with
platform best practices and the brand visual identity. Rapidly edit
and adapt content for organic and paid campaigns, maintaining
creative excellence under tight timelines. Repurpose influencer,
UGC, and internal footage into high-performing social assets.
Creative Development Develop and execute narratives and concepts
that engage and resonate with our audiences. Partner closely with
the Partnerships team to align on creative expectations,
deliverables, and usage for brand ambassadors. Pitch and produce
trend-driven and evergreen content, ensuring tone, visuals, and
storytelling align with brand identity and community strategy. Stay
ahead of platform trends, editing styles, and viral formats to
inspire new approaches and evolve our creative output. Optimization
and Performance Review content performance data to identify what’s
working and where to improve. Recommend creative optimizations and
test new formats and storytelling techniques. Ensure consistency in
brand storytelling and visual style across all social channels.
What You’ll Bring 3–5 years of professional experience in
videography and editing, ideally for a brand or creative agency. A
strong portfolio showcasing social-first video work — especially
short-form, vertical, and trend-adapted content, shot with phone
and DSLR. Expertise in editing software (CapCut, Adobe Premiere
Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, etc.). Solid understanding of
social platform best practices, including video formats, aspect
ratios, pacing, and sound trends. Deep understanding of creator
culture, short-form storytelling, and evolving social trends.
Strong creative concepting and storytelling skills, with an eye for
what makes content authentic and shareable. Proven success
developing YouTube series and TikTok-first campaigns that connect
with audiences and drive measurable impact. Ability to produce
end-to-end content, from ideation through delivery, often
self-sufficiently. A collaborative, resourceful, and
detail-oriented mindset — passionate about storytelling through
motion, sound, and design. Experience on set with premium talent;
experience with music artists a plus. Comfort working under fast
timelines while maintaining creative excellence. Ability to thrive
in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and
collaborate across teams. Calm under pressure, with strong
problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in real time.
