A creative marketing agency is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer & Art Director to lead creative vision and direction across projects while remaining hands-on with high-level design execution. This role blends creative leadership with concept development and polished final deliverables. Responsibilities Include: Lead creative vision and artistic direction across multiple projects Develop concepts and guide them through to final, polished deliverables Remain hands-on with graphic design and visual execution Oversee and maintain brand consistency across campaigns and materials Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders on creative strategy Review and refine creative work to ensure high quality and impact Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Ideal Qualifications: Strong background in graphic design and art direction Proven ability to lead creative vision while staying hands-on Excellent visual, layout, and typography skills Strong concept development and creative thinking abilities Highly detail-oriented with a strong sense of quality Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and collaboration skills Salary : $150k–$200k To apply, please send your resume to Chaya@bhirednyc.com
