In this role, you will: Put your content expertise in subjects such as biology, calculus, chemistry, and history to work to foster passion and mastery for kids Build and manage strong, meaningful relationships with students, their families, and your peers and mentors Inspire intellectual curiosity and love of learning to empower students emotionally - Assess and analyze data to chart student growth and achievement, and tailor your own teaching methods Tackle challenges in and out of the classroom , using problem-solving as a springboard for personal growth Collaborate with smart, driven colleagues to deliver results in the classroom while having fun and making friends We'd love to hear from you if you are: A college graduate - with 0- 3 years of professional experience and a passion for their subject A lifelong learner - with an outstanding academic record Goal-oriented and ambitious - you set a high bar for yourself and others, that you love doing the work to clear Confident and present - you take the lead and inspire others with your passion and commitment A team player - If you've played a team sport, you'll fit right in.
